David Danziger, CA - Chairman
David Danziger is currently a partner at MSCM LLP, Licensed Public Accountants, Chartered Accountants, a full service audit and accounting firm and he is also the President of Danziger & Hochman Ltd., a management Consulting firm. Mr. Danziger is also currently the President of Danz Financial Corporation, a registered Limited Market Dealer in the province of Ontario. He is currently a director of Eurotin Inc. (TSXV), Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSXV), Aumento Capital Corporation (TSXV), Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSXV)and American Apparel (NYSE). He graduated with a B.Comm from the University of Toronto.
Nicole Brewster - Director
Ms. Brewster has a successful private company background in the mineral exploration industry, both as a property owner, an exploration contractor and a management consultant. In addition to certain technical abilities within this field, Ms. Brewster is a hands on business person comfortable operating and managing private companies within regulatory framework and requirements within the exploration industry, both private and public, including environmental and labour legislation, QA/QC and best practices for exploration, in conjunction with and to the benefit of affected local communities, in both Canada and other jurisdictions around the world. Ms. Brewster is the managing partner, in charge of the business affairs, of two exploration contracting companies, and maintains a role in other private companies.
Norman Brewster, P. Geo- Director
Mr. Brewster is a professional geologist and also currently holds directorships for International Mining Corp. (since 2005), Galantas Gold Corporation (since 2002), Iberian Minerals Corp. (since 1998) and Spider Resources Inc. (since 1999). Norman is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Ventures Inc., and has been a director of Cadillac since 2007. Mr. Brewster holds a B.Sc. and a B.Ed. from Acadia University. He is also a P. Geo with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Alpha Pang, BSc. - Director
Alpha Pang was the Managing Director of Far East Markets for Harbour Capital Management Group (1999) Inc. from 2001 to 2008 providing business consultation services to East Asia. He serves on the board of directors of various public companies listed on the Canadian and US exchanges, including YSV Ventures Inc., Renforth Resources Inc and Angstrom Microsystems Corp. He is currently the interim President/CEO for YSV Ventures Inc. and serves as Secretary &Treasurer for Angstrom Microsystems Corp.
Wally Rudensky, CA - Director
Mr. Rudensky’s professional background has been in taxation and finance. Mr. Rudensky started his career with Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte Alumni) and has been a partner at Evans Martin / MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants since 1982, organizing the firm’s tax practice with particular attention to corporate reorganizations, domestic and international tax. These roots provided him invaluable tools to develop in the corporate governance and administration areas of companies in addition to providing advisory services in corporate finance, raising short and long term capital. Mr. Rudensky acts as CFO and director for a number of private and publicly traded companies in the energy sector, utilizing his skills in finance, tax and administration. He graduated from Ryerson University, has lectured on taxation at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as various Universities, and has made presentations at numerous business seminars and conferences.
Judi Wood - Director
Judi C. Wood has over 35 years of banking experience in the United Kingdom and Canada. Her experience has primarily involved merchant banking and corporate finance for multinational corporations and various financial institutions. Her responsibilities have involved corporate lending, international trade and global markets, including foreign exchange, derivatives and money markets. Ms. Wood has worked with Charterhouse in the UK and two major Canadian investment dealers. Ms. Wood joined Barclays Bank of Canada in 1975 where she was Senior Vice President Treasury, Chairperson of the Asset/Liability Committee and a member of the Management Committee. Upon the merger of Barclays Bank of Canada with the Hongkong Bank of Canada in 1995, Ms. Wood joined the Hongkong Bank of Canada. Prior to her retirement in 2005, she held the position of Managing Director, Corporate and Institutional Banking. Ms. Wood was educated in the UK and was a Director of Barclays Leasing Company.
