David Danziger -  President & Chief Executive Officer

David Danziger is currently a partner at MSCM LLP, Licensed Public Accountants, Chartered Accountants, a full service audit and accounting firm and he is also the President of Danziger & Hochman Ltd., a management Consulting firm. Mr. Danziger is also currently the President of Danz Financial Corporation, a registered Limited Market Dealer in the province of Ontario. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Richview Resources Inc. (TSX) and a director of Eurotin Inc. (TSXV). He graduated with a B.Comm from the University of Toronto.

Kyle Appleby -  Chief Financial Officer

Kyle Appleby is a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of York University with a degree in economics. He has over 10 years experience in Canadian public accounting and provides CFO services to a number of other public and private companies. Prior to his appointment with Renforth, he was a senior engagement manager with Silver Gold Glatt & Grosman, a chartered accounting firm specializing in providing Accounting and Assurance services to Canadian companies and investment funds. Mr. Appleby is a member in good standing of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario

Paul Pathak – Corporate Secretary

Paul Pathak is as a partner of Chitiz Pathak LLP, a Toronto law firm serving clients in the securities and investment industries, including issuers and dealers on a full range of securities transactions.  Mr. Pathak practices principally in the areas of corporate, securities, mergers, acquisitions and commercial law. He represents and provides sophisticated guidance to private and public corporate clients in a broad range of industries, including natural resources, technology, manufacturing, merchant banking and advertising.  Mr. Pathak was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994, having completed his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School. He has sat on the boards of and acted as a corporate secretary to several private and public companies listed on both Canadian and American stock exchanges.
